Before the massage 
- V prípade, že se chystáte po prvý raz na masáž, tak sa ničoho nebojte, pred masážou preberieme všetko potrebné a taktiež rada odpoviem na Vaše otázky.

- We will choose the most suitable massage together.
- I adapt the pressure and type of massage to the client's requirements and needs.
- You do not need to take any things with you for the massage, such as a towel or oil. Everything in the salon is included in the price of the massage.
- If you are not sure whether you can have a massage due to your health condition, consult your doctor.
- Do not eat before the massage. If you feel hungry, eat something light - fruit or vegetables.
- If possible, shower with warm water before the massage.
During the massage 
- Do not be afraid to tell me your feelings during the massage so that I can adjust, for example massage pressure.
- I prefer an individual approach, if interested I can focus on a specific/painful part of your body.
- During the massage, relax and if you fall asleep, it's only good and don't resist it. It is not a reason to interrupt the massage. Likewise, do not resist emotions such as laughter, crying, pain.

After the massage 
- After the massage, accumulated pollutants and sediments are released in the body, so it is advisable to drink a lot to flush out harmful substances - toxins. The best is water, herbal tea and mineral water. It is inappropriate to drink alcohol or coffee.
- If you don't have to, don't take a shower immediately after the massage and let the medicinal oils work on your body for a few more hours.
- Do not do any heavy work.
- Rest if you can. Sleep is ideal.
How often? 
- It is ideal to see massage as prevention and go for a massage regularly, at least once a month. By prevention, you will maintain physical and mental condition.
- In case of problems, it is possible to go for massage/therapy more often. 1x in 7-10 days, depending on the type of therapy.
- With regular massage, we can achieve a significant reduction in accumulated physical and psychological tension.
- Do not forget to take your diary to the massage so that you can arrange the next appointment.

My name is Zuzana, I am 34 years old and I am a certified masseuse and therapist. I have been interested in massages for years, since I was actively involved in sports at a high level and dreamed of helping people in this direction. I turned this dream into reality and a professional career.
I successfully completed a one-year massage and wellness course, later I supplemented my education with several other courses, because I consider it important to constantly learn in this field. I offer various types of therapies and massages, I always try to satisfy clients as much as possible and maintain an individual approach. The main goal and focus of therapy is the elimination of pain and problems with the musculoskeletal system, but also relief from mental strain.

- How to choose the right type of massage for yourself?
When choosing the right type of massage, you should consider your personal needs, health and goals. As a massage service provider, I can advise you and help determine the most suitable type of massage for you.
- How long does the massage last?
The length of the massage depends on the type of massage and the individual needs of the client. A regular massage lasts 60-90 minutes, but it can be shorter or longer. The duration of the massage is adapted to the type of massage and the given need of the client, while I usually perform 60-minute massages.
- Is it necessary to completely undress before the massage?
During the massage, you will usually be covered with a towel or sheet and the masseuse will reveal only the parts of the body he is massaging. You can keep the clothes according to your comfort level.
- Is it appropriate to have a massage during pregnancy?
Massage can be beneficial for pregnant women. However, it is important to consult your doctor first, and if your doctor allows you to have a pregnancy massage, you can contact me.
- How often should I get a massage?
The frequency of massages depends on your personal needs and state of health. Some people get massages on a regular basis, like every week or every month, while others go for a massage only occasionally or when they feel the need to unwind and relax.
- Is massage suitable for people with chronic pain?
Massage can be an effective treatment for many people suffering from chronic pain such as back pain, muscle tension and joint pain. As an experienced massage therapist who specializes in the treatment of specific problems and understands your needs, I offer you my services. Before the massage begins, we will discuss your health problems and expectations so that I know how to best help you. So you don't have to consult anyone else, just turn to me.
- Could I have any side effects after the massage?
Some people may feel tired or a little sore after the massage, which is normal. It is important to drink plenty of water after a massage to help release tension and remove toxins from the body. If you have any concerns or discomfort after a massage, consult your masseur or doctor.
- Does massage have any contraindications?
Yes, some health problems or conditions could mean that massage is not suitable for you or should be modified. These conditions include acute inflammation, fever, infections, fractures or injuries, blood clots, and certain skin problems. Before starting the massage, you should inform your masseur about your health condition and, if necessary, consult your doctor.
